Obituary for Timothy Munson
Glenburn - Timothy W. Munson, 59, died unexpectedly on May 5, 2022, at his home in Glenburn. He was born June 19, 1962, son of Norris Munson and Dorothea (Smith) Munson.
Timothy attended school in Bangor. He was a jack of all trades but had jobs ranging from carpentry to heavy machine operating to truck driving. He had a passion for NASCAR, and he raced at Speedway 95 for several years. Timothy met his long-time girlfriend, Alison Getchell in 2006 and they have spent the last 15 years together.
Surviving, in addition to his life partner, Alison are his sons, Jay Luzzi and wife, Jamie of Bangor, Dustin Munson of Connecticut, Dylan Munson of Bangor, Tim Munson and girlfriend, Emily of Kenduskeag, Caleb Munson of Bradford; daughters, Abigail Munson of Bradford and Shelby Munson of Glenburn; several grandchildren; two sisters; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Relatives and family will be notified of a celebration of Timothy’s life at a later date.
