Obituary for Joshua E. Cox
BANGOR – Joshua E. Cox, 35, passed away unexpectedly September 2, 2022, at his home. He was born July 25, 1987, in Greenfield, Massachusetts, the son of Melinda (Brockney) Manjourea.
Josh grew up in Athol, Massachusetts and moved to Maine at the age of 17, to be with his mom and family. He was a major Red Sox fan. He also loved a good argument over football.
In addition to his mother, Josh is survived by his four brothers, Jonathan Golding and his partner, Amber Augusto, of Orange, Massachusetts, Justin Cox and his wife, Renissa, of Brewer, Edward Thompson, of Indian Orchard, Massachusetts, and Brandon Manjourea and his partner, Missy Joslyn, of Glenburn; his very special aunt, Tamra Tuttle, of Levant; his Nana, Mildred McAllister, of Waterford; his work family at Maine Commercial Tire, where he was employed; and several nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.
A Celebration of Josh’s Life will be held at a date and time to be announced.
