Obituary for Jordan L. Spencer

ALTON – Jordan L. Spencer, 16, passed away unexpectedly February 16, 2022, at his home after an unfortunate and unpredictable medical episode. He was born March 2, 2005, in Bangor.

Jordan lived with his parents, Stephanie and Herbert Spencer, in Alton, along with the many siblings he loved greatly. Jordan had an active relationship with his biological parents, Mindy and Jay as well.

Jordan was a student in the 11th grade at Old Town High School. He participated in the theater program, ran track, and was a member of the National Honor Society. He adored his many friends. Jordan was a fun-loving, confident, creative person that was well-loved.

Jordan had an interest in cooking and was an active participant in 4-H. He enjoyed making Tik-Tok videos, his Instagram, and taking selfies. He loved making people laugh. Jordan loved and adored his many siblings, especially the young ones who he often helped with, just because. He was looking forward to getting his license and just purchased his first car. Jordan was enthusiastic about most everything he committed to doing.

Jordan will be greatly missed by his immediate family that includes his brothers, Connor, Colby, Josh, Dallas, Kaden, and Bradley; sisters, Courtney, Madison, Keighlynn, Ella and Allie; his Grammie and Grammpie Read; his Nana and Gramp Nash; biological parents, Mindy and Jay; his Nana, Cindy and her husband, Dexter; aunt, Keira; and uncle, Tyler; Gee Lorna and her husband, Ken; aunt, Madison; as well as many other extended family members, and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1-4 p.m., Saturday, February 26, 2021, at the Old Town Elks Lodge, 290 Fourth St., Old Town. Those who wish to remember Jordan in a special way, may make gifts in his memory to the Old Town High School Coyote Theater, 203 Stillwater Ave., Old Town, ME 04468.
